How to Use

1. Choose the appropriate hair-colour or lightening product that is specifically compatible with a 30 Vol. (9%) developer.
2. Mix the oxidizing cream with the colour/lightening product according to the mixing ratio and instructions provided by that product’s manufacturer.
3. Mix thoroughly in a non-metallic bowl until you obtain a smooth, uniform cream.
