How to Use:

1. Soak feet in warm soapy water for 5–10 minutes to soften the skin.
2. Hold the file at a 45° angle and gently file rough areas in one direction using light to moderate pressure.
3. Rinse the file and feet frequently during use to clear debris from the holes.
4. After filing, rinse feet, pat dry, and apply moisturiser or foot cream.
5. Recommended 1–2 times per week. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
